NYM had an active month in July with a total of $352,002,556 in activity! This month we placed $112,550,000 under contract and listed 14 properties totaling $205,700,000.

Some quick closing updates:

Last month we closed on a 20-unit property at 223 89th Street in Yorkville for $11,950,000. In Brooklyn, we closed on a 67-unit elevator building for $18,000,000 after 50+ years of ownership at 800 Avenue H. 39-24 65th Street closed in Woodside at $308/SF for $1,450,000.

Some quick listing updates:

We recently listed 29-06 Crescent Street in Queens, a 38 unit building in Astoria for $12,400,000. We also brought to market 60 West 45th Street – a 100% Free Market development opportunity in Midtown for $11,500,000. 71 Montrose Avenue, an elevator commercial building in Williamsburg, was brought to market at $3,495,000 and will be delivered completely vacant.
