Vincent Tomaselli

Originally from Long Island, Vincent Tomaselli joined the New York Multifamily team and Marcus & Millichap in 2023. He specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use and development investment properties in the North and Northeastern Brooklyn submarkets.

Before joining, Vincent gained valuable sales experience working for legal technology companies. In these roles, he was responsible for sourcing new clients and developed a passion for harvesting new relationships. Since joining the team, Vincent has evaluated over $250M worth of property with +$12M in completed transaction volume.

Vincent holds a degree from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, where he pursued a BBA concentrated in both Finance and Marketing. Outside of his real estate pursuits, Vincent enjoys traveling, skiing, and being in the company of close friends. He now resides in Kips Bay.
