Andrew is an investment sales broker working on the New York Multifamily Team of Marcus & Millichap; he is responsible for the team’s transactions through Bushwick and Ridgewood with an expertise in multifamily, mixed-use and development sites.
Many of Andrew’s assignments include the sale of one asset and purchase of another whether that be Triple-Net Leased Properties, or more suitable alternatives that best fit his client’s investment or management parameters. He is astute to the evolving New York City housing regulation system and leverages this knowledge to maximize his client’s position with each asset.
Previously, Andrew was working at LPEQ, a firm focused in growing foreign investment into various private equity sectors throughout Europe. He is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a dual-concentration in Real Estate and Finance. Outside of the office, his passions include music, fitness and hockey. A Lloyd Harbor native from New York, Andrew played for a nationally ranked hockey team in high school and continued to play while at college. Growing up, he spent many summers volunteering at the Sunrise Day Camp, the country’s first established non-profit camp for children with cancer. During his time there, he amassed over 1,000 hours of service as a head counselor.
Andrew currently resides in Gramercy Park.
