Professional History

Tom is a multifamily and mixed-use broker working on the New York Multifamily Team of Marcus & Millichap. He has consistently ranked as one of the top agents in the Brooklyn Office and oversees the team’s transactions through the Eastern and Western Brooklyn markets, specifically the neighborhoods of Bushwick-Ridgewood, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights.

In the past three years, Tom has personally closed on over 70 transactions valued at approximately $200,000,000. Most recently, he and his team completed the sale of an 18-building multifamily portfolio spanning Western, Northern and Central Brooklyn for $76,000,000. His assignments range from large multifamily assets, portfolios, development sites and mixed-use properties.

His understanding of start-to-finish deal execution, the New York City housing regulation system and the pulse of the Brooklyn marketplace make him an invaluable resource to the most lucrative buying and selling opportunities. After a successful closing, Tom will advise his clients on completing their 1031 exchange which often results in the purchase of a triple-net leased asset or another multifamily property across the city.

Through his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Tom has been awarded the firm’s Rookie of the Year in 2014, Shooting Star in 2015 and has received consecutive Sales Recognition Awards in 2015 and 2016.
